This intimate documentary follows the cross-cultural relationship between musicians Faith and Branko. Shot over seven years, the couple’s relationship is tested by the realisation that music may be all they have in common.

Catherine Harte is an Irish director who completed an MA in Documentary Directing at NFTS. She also has a background in Visual Anthropology. Her NFTS graduation film „Professional Foreigner” premiered at Sheffield Doc Fest 2017. In 2017, she directed a short documentary for BBC4 and the BFI called “Accents Speak Louder than Words”. Catherine has been drawn to themes such as culture clash, the immigrant experience, parallel perspectives… She tends to make intimate films and is equally drawn to moving stories and humour. Apart from directing independently, Catherine works as a DV director for TV broadcasters such as BBC and Channel 4.
