A unique shelter for dogs in Europe, it is a place where stray dogs impounded daily on the outskirts of the city are brought. By showing the process of training these dogs, the film Adjusting establishes a parallel between dog shelters and societies in order to re-examine the hierarchies of power, as well as the relativity of any authority that achieves obedience by means of reward and punishment.
